| SYNOPSIS In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Andre Bozant finds himself at rock bottom. In his darkest hour, at the verge of suicide, he is visited by Little Napoleon, a diminutive apparition dressed in the full regalia of the 18th century French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Little Napoleon convinces Andre to realize and embrace the conspiracy surrounding him; this is not a time for forfeit, but a time for action. At the urging of his alter ego sidekick, Andre becomes a vigilante and commits to saving New Orleans and his newfound love, Josephine, from the grip of evil.
